The Role
Provide comprehensive small animal care across wellness, internal medicine, surgery, dentistry, and diagnostics
Take on a surgery-forward caseload with dedicated surgical time supported by experienced team members
Work approximately 10-hour shifts with flexibility around days worked
Conduct 30-minute appointments focused on quality medicine and client education
Collaborate closely with a cohesive team that values learning and clinical excellence
Enjoy no overnight or on-call responsibilities
Requirements
DVM/VMD or equivalent from an accredited institution
Active Vermont veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
Authorization to work in the United States
Prior clinical experience required; new graduates are not being considered for this opening
Strong small animal surgical skills and comfort managing a general practice caseload
Excellent communication skills and a client-centered approach
