Introduction Our client is a modern general practice providing comprehensive veterinary care for cats and dogs. They are seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join the practice. The practice is open to both full-time and part-time applicants and takes a technology-forward approach to veterinary medicine, providing veterinarians with the tools, structure, and support needed to deliver high-quality medicine while maintaining boundaries between work and life. Role Description and Responsibilities The Associate Veterinarian will provide a full scope of general practice and urgent care services, alongside soft tissue surgery including foreign object removal, mass removal, and gastropexy. The role involves delivering high-quality medicine and compassionate patient care while working within a structured clinical environment designed around examinations, urgent care, or procedures. This position is specifically for an experienced veterinarian. Practice Details The practice features warm, modern clinical environments, 24/7 virtual care support, dedicated in-clinic support, and an in-house technology platform designed to reduce administrative and record-keeping demands. Veterinarians benefit from structured schedules with a single clinical flow per shift, customizable onboarding and training, mentorship programs, continuing education support, and clear career growth opportunities. Team The practice has five DVMs and a tenured support team, with dedicated in-clinic team members empowered to take an active role in patient care.
