Job description
Fullwood Animal Hospital is a 100% privately owned small animal practice in Mint Hill, just east of Charlotte, NC. We are seeking a veterinarian with at least one year of clinical experience after graduation to join our supportive, experienced team.
Our doctors collaborate on challenging cases, share their knowledge, and support each other’s professional interests. Whether you enjoy surgery, dentistry, ultrasound, or another area of practice, we’d like to help you grow. We’re looking for someone who communicates well, brings a positive attitude, and enjoys working as part of a team.
We are a Fear Free Certified hospital focused on thoughtful patient care and lasting client relationships. Our growing practice was expanded and renovated in 2025 and is equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound, in-house blood analyzers, and other tools to support your work.
Mint Hill offers the feel of a close-knit community with easy access to Charlotte. The mountains are 2.5 hours away, and the beach is 3.5 hours away.
Full-time compensation and benefits include a competitive base salary based on experience, a production bonus, paid vacation, a 401(k), health reimbursement account, a continuing education allowance, and professional dues coverage. Doctors work four of five days Monday thru Friday. We are closed on the weekends.
