Specialty: Small Animal Medicine (General Practice)

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 base salary + monthly production bonus + full benefits

About the Role

As an Associate Veterinarian in McKinney, TX, you will:

Perform comprehensive physical examinations and diagnostic assessments

Diagnose and treat a wide variety of medical conditions

Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs

Provide preventative care, wellness services, and client education

Perform routine surgical and dental procedures

Interpret laboratory results and diagnostic imaging

Maintain accurate and detailed medical records

Build strong relationships with clients through communication and trust

Collaborate closely with veterinary technicians and support staff to deliver exceptional patient careContribute to a positive, team-oriented hospital culture

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree from an accredited institution

Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Texas

Strong clinical and diagnostic skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesCommitment to delivering high-quality patient care and client service

Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment
