Associate Veterinarian (Full-Time)
Milford Village Veterinary Clinic – Milford, Ohio
We’re hiring an Associate Veterinarian who wants to practice quality medicine in a clinic that’s structured to avoid burnout.

$120,000–$175,000 annual salary (commensurate with experience)

Your role:
Provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for small animals
Build trust with clients through clear, compassionate communication
Work collaboratively with a team that values efficiency and mutual support
Our team:
1 full-time veterinarian
1 part-time veterinarian
4 experienced veterinary technicians
6 skilled support staff members

What we’re looking for:
DVM from an accredited university
Active Ohio license (or eligibility)
1+ year of clinical experience
Confidence in surgery and general medicine
Strong communication and team orientation
