Job description
Crescent Care Veterinary Clinic is looking to hire an Associate Veterinarian to join our Mt. Pleasant team! We are a small, family-owned clinic, located in the heart of residential communities in North Mt. Pleasant, just outside of Charleston, SC. Our goals are a positive working environment, teamwork, providing excellent customer service, offering compassionate care to our patients, and client education.
Experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply and will be considered. We are a companion animal, general medicine clinic providing preventative care including surgeries, dentistry, internal and preventative medicine.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and an ability to work as part of a team. The candidate should be articulate and possess good computer skills and the ability to multi-task. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to join a small, intimate work setting. This position requires 4 days per week (9am-6pm), including 2 Saturday shifts per month, upfront PTO, health insurance, 401K matching program and other benefits! Salary is flexible and based on experience.

Valid SC state DVM license
Valid DEA license to dispense controlled substances
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university
Licensure in good standing to practice in the state of in which applicant is applying
Professional comportment and appearance, with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
The ability to make decisions and communicate clearly and effectively with staff
Ability to show compassion in communication with clients and uphold a great reputation
Multitasking/Multitask management
Strong work ethic and drive for self and Crescent Care success
