As we prepare to open our first Phoenix hospital in March 2027, we're seeking a doctor who wants to help shape a culture, build lasting client relationships, practice excellent medicine, and create a hospital that becomes a trusted part of the community.

The Role
As an Associate Veterinarian, you will:
Deliver comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventive care
Practice evidence-based medicine with strong diagnostic support
Perform routine soft tissue surgeries and dentistry procedures
Develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
Educate clients through clear, compassionate communication
Collaborate with a skilled support team and fellow clinicians
Contribute to an environment focused on learning, accountability, and continuous improvement
Build meaningful relationships with Phoenix pet families

4 clinical days per week
Only 1 Saturday every 4 weeks
