What We Offer:
Competitive Compensation: Base salary with production and no negative accrual, plus potential sign-on bonus depending on experience
Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA contribution, life and disability coverage, 401(k) with match, PTO, and more
Professional Development: Generous CE allowance plus paid licensing and membership dues
Supportive Team Culture: Work alongside kind, motivated professionals who are invested in each other’s success
Growth Opportunities: Potential to develop into a leadership role if desired
Additional Perks: Uniform allowance and a genuinely positive, team-oriented environment
Life in Tucson, Arizona:

About Lakefield Veterinary Group:
As part of Lakefield Veterinary Group, a family-owned organization, our doctors enjoy the autonomy to practice medicine their way while benefiting from the support and resources of a larger network.
