A well-established general practice is hiring a Veterinarian (DVM) in Salinas, CA for a full-time position offering $150,000–$200,000 base salary plus uncapped production. Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and advanced surgical procedures, including spay/neuter, mass removals, and dental surgeries
Conduct thorough medical exams and diagnostics
Develop customized treatment plans and follow-up care
Utilize in-house diagnostics, digital radiography, ultrasound, and laboratory tools
Manage urgent and same-day cases with strong team support
Collaborative GP setting with experienced veterinarians and skilled support staff
