About Our Clinic
At Kingdom Animal Hospital, we’re proud to serve the St. Johnsbury community with compassionate, relationship-driven veterinary care in a modern facility designed specifically for veterinary medicine. We are looking for an associate or medical director to join our team!
Clinic Snapshot
Practice type: Small Animal General Practice
Avg. daily patient volume: Approximately 14 appointments/day
Support staff ratio: 2:1
Case mix: Wellness, sick visits, surgery, and dentistry
Technology & equipment: Modern facility built specifically as a veterinary hospital, digital diagnostics, in-house capabilities, and a surgical suite
Team culture: Close-knit, collaborative, supportive environment with a strong focus on teamwork and client relationships

Salary starting at $130,000 + production bonus
Up to $35K signing bonus available!

You are a veterinarian who is:
Passionate about patient care and long-term client relationships
Comfortable with surgery and managing appointments independently

Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university (required)
Experienced veterinarian preferred, minimum of 3-5 years for the Medical Director role
Compassionate, client-centered approach to care
Strong communication and client-education skills
