Job description
Trussville Animal Hospital is a family-owned, non-corporate veterinary hospital located in the wonderful community of Trussville, Alabama. We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and team-oriented Associate Veterinarian to join our growing practice. We will consider a candidtae that is looking for FT or PT hours.
We pride ourselves on creating a positive, happy work environment with great camaraderie and a supportive team atmosphere. We believe that practicing excellent veterinary medicine should be rewarding both professionally and personally.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a veterinarian who:
Enjoys building strong relationships with clients and communicating with them in a friendly, positive, and compassionate manner.
Takes pride in educating clients about preventative wellness, nutrition, therapeutics, and appropriate medical and preventive procedures.
Has strong clinical, medical, and surgical skills.
Enjoys discussing and rounding on cases with other doctors and collaborating as part of a team.
Is an excellent communicator who can explain medical recommendations clearly and confidently.
Is an positive, dependable team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
Is passionate about providing high-quality medicine while creating a positive experience for both clients and their pets.
