We’ve recently partnered with a leading AAHA-accredited hospital, which currently has eight doctors on its team and is looking to expand further by taking on a brand-new associate veterinarian in its squad!
Ideally, we are seeking a doctor able to work either 3 or day 4 per week with a rotation of weekends shared between the other doctors! Located in the amazing Vallejo, CA, their location offers the best of both worlds – easy access to the Bay Area, Sacramento, and the Sierras while being just a short drive from the world-famous Napa Valley. Whether you’re into exploring nature, enjoying waterfront views, or indulging in wine-country adventures, their location has it all!

The clinic is fully equipped with state-of-the-art tools, including ultrasound, digital and dental radiology, and a comprehensive in-house lab. Plus, their highly skilled support staff ensures you’ll have everything you need to deliver high-quality care!
Ideally, we’re looking for a candidate who enjoys working within a large team-orientated environment, loves client communication, and has a passion for veterinary medicine. Whether you’re a seasoned DVM looking for their next career step or a newly graduated DVM looking to start out at the best clinic, we would like to hear from you! The clinic is very active in encouraging CE and supporting your specific areas of interest, such as surgery, dentistry, exotic pet medicine, or diagnostic ultrasound. The team is on hand to offer strong mentorship, making it the ideal role for new grads or those wanting to pursue an area of clinical interest!
We are proudly able to offer new DVMs a competitive compensation package, including a guaranteed base salary with production bonuses, signing bonus and relocation assistance up to $20,000, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401 (k) with employer match. There is ample time off as PTO and CE allowances on hand, along with much more as part of your whole package!
