Certification: CFP® designation is highly preferred or in progress.
Technology Skills: Familiarity with financial planning software (eMoney, Wealthbox, or similar CRM tools) and strong ability to adapt to new technology.
Ability to work autonomously while leveraging firm resources and mentorship
High level of professionalism, confidence, and discretion
Excellent communication skills and comfort working with sophisticated clients
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning multiple client relationships
Compensation and Growth
This is a full‑time, in‑office role. Compensation includes a base salary with additional bonus opportunities tied to performance, individual contribution, and overall firm success. Benefits include paid time off, paid holidays, and participation in the firm’s 401(k) retirement plan. As client responsibility and impact grow, total compensation and long‑term opportunity grow alongside it.
This role is ideal for a growth‑oriented financial professional who wants to align with a mission‑driven firm and make a lasting impact on clients’ financial well‑being. If you are ready to elevate your career and be part of an inspiring and collaborative team, we invite you to apply.
