Job description
The Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney for Campbell County, Virginia, seeks an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney to begin September 1, 2026. The role focuses on prosecuting domestic violence and child abuse cases, with a grant-funded/partially county-funded position. Preference for prior prosecution or criminal practice, but not required; background check is required.
