Job TitleThe salary range for this position is $100,000-$110,000 plus bonus, and it comes with benefits, including medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance.Job DescriptionServe as the engagement lead on specific client accountsTake responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverablesDevelop detailed engagement work plansIllustrate budgets and schedulesActively participate in proposalsManage a team of staff associates, including interns, while providing regular performance coaching and feedbackGain the respect and confidence of the CRZ team through effective client management, timely and accurate communication, and clear and concise direction and leadership
