Job description
Humana Inc. through CenterWell Home Health is hiring a Home Health Physical Therapist to deliver in-home care, assess patients, and help improve mobility and independence. You will plan and administer prescribed PT treatments in patients' homes and document progress.
The role requires an unrestricted PT license and CPR certification and teamwork with clinicians. The position offers a pay range of $93,000–$128,000 per year, along with benefits, under Humana's TB and driver-safety programs.
