Partner Opportunity
Are you an experienced Partner looking for a role where you can truly make an impact? A growing CPA firm in Great River, NY, 100% in-office, is seeking a dynamic Partner with diverse knowledge across audit, accounting, and tax to join the leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to create their own destiny, contribute meaningfully, and bring real value to the table.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee audit, accounting, and tax engagements across a diverse client base
Provide strategic guidance and high-level technical expertise
Build trusted client relationships and serve as a key advisor
Collaborate with firm leadership to help shape growth and direction
Add real value through your experience, insight, and leadership
Qualifications:
Strong background in audit, accounting, and tax
Broad and diverse technical knowledge
Leadership mindset with the ability to drive results
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Partner or Director level experience preferred
Book of business is a plus, but not required
