Job description
South Side YMCA in Chicago, IL seeks a Sports Program Director to lead and coordinate the sports programs, recruit and train staff, schedule operations, and maintain records and gym upkeep. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth within the organization.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years of recreation experience with supervisory responsibilities. A strong customer-service mindset and excellent communication skills are essential.
