Job description
UAB Athletics Department seeks a Director of Media Relations to coordinate all media activities and publications, and to oversee the athletics website with emphasis on press releases, rosters, biographies, and statistics. The role also coordinates photography archives and maintains athletic records.
The position involves interviews with the news media, preparation and submission of athletic press releases, staff supervision, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with NCAA rules and guidelines.
