Job description
TBCC is seeking an Athletic Director to lead youth and adult sports programs, guiding staff and ensuring high-quality experiences for members. The role requires expertise in age-appropriate instruction, program development, facility safety, and strong leadership to drive engagement and health.
You will recruit and supervise staff, manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and collaborate with leadership to align programs with TBCC's culture and mission.
