Job description
Baker Donelson in Atlanta seeks a dynamic commercial finance associate with 3–5 years of experience for the Financial Services Transactions Group. The ideal candidate will structure, draft, negotiate, and close loan and security agreements, and manage closing diligence.
Experience representing banks, lenders and borrowers in bilateral and syndicated facilities is required. Georgia law license or eligibility to admit in Georgia is required.
