The role will work closely with Decatur's operations, product group, engineering, and material requirements teams and will often have to manage material demand based on product group, customer, & demand requirements at the Decatur factory.ResponsibilitiesAnalyzing and troubleshooting planned attachment scheduling problems; recommending process improvements to optimize the scheduling process.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve product-related issues and incorporate customer and business requirements.Owning and driving attachment demand forecasting & schedules; reviewing inventory planning ratios to ensure operational excellence.What Skills You Will Have:Accuracy and Attention to DetailData Gathering & AnalysisEffective CommunicationsForecastingProblem SolvingProduction Scheduling and ControlSummary Pay Range: $89,210.00 - $133,810.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
