Job description
Eventus WholeHealth seeks an Attending Physician to lead population health initiatives across post-acute care facilities within our Outcomes-Centered Healthcare (OCH) model. You will guide clinical leadership and collaborate with APCs to drive high-quality, accountable care and professional facility relations.
The role may also include Medical Directorship responsibilities, delivering clinical oversight and advancing care coordination within our partner facilities.
