Job description
Allaire Health Services, LLC seeks an Attending Physician to deliver comprehensive medical care across long-term care, subacute/post-acute, ventilator, and behavioral health units. You will round, lead multidisciplinary teams, and implement evidence-based interventions to improve outcomes and reduce hospitalizations.
The role requires Board Certification/Eligibility in IM, FM, or Geriatrics, NJ license, and EMR proficiency.
