Job description
Defense Logistics Agency in the United States seeks an Attorney Adviser (General) to support DLA Energy's acquisition mission. You will provide legal services covering contract formation, competition, pricing, protests, and fiscal law to the Commander, logistics managers, and acquisition officials at all levels.
The position also covers contract administration matters, including changes, performance, delivery, quality, terminations, ADR, and contract litigation.
