Job Overview
We are seeking an Attorney to join a growing law firm in La Crosse, Wisconsin. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to develop their practice, take on meaningful client responsibilities, and grow within a modern, technology-driven legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel and manage litigation or transactional matters.
Handle client communications, case progression, negotiations, and legal documentation.
Work across relevant practice areas, including Real Estate, Estate Planning, Probate, Construction, Family Law, Business Law, and Civil Litigation .
Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development.
Collaborate with firm leadership and internal operations teams to improve efficiency and client service.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D. ) from an accredited law school.
Active Wisconsin Bar license or eligibility for reciprocal admission.
Strong legal research, writing, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage cases and build lasting client relationships.
Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and interest in professional growth.
