LITIGATION ATTORNEY / PARALEGAL
California | Up to $200K+ DOE
A well-established litigation firm is seeking Litigation Attorneys and Paralegals to join its growing California team.
Practice Areas:
Insurance Defense
Toxic Tort
Construction Law
Product Liability
Professional Liability
Premises Liability

Responsibilities:
Manage/support litigation matters from intake through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal documents
Assist with depositions, hearings, mediation, and trial preparation
Manage case files, deadlines, and client communications
Qualifications:
2+ years of litigation experience
Strong discovery and case management experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience in one or more of the listed practice areas preferred
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between ($100,000 – $200,000) . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
