The Role:
You will handle a range of defense-side commercial litigation matters, including:
Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs and discovery
Conducting legal research and developing litigation strategy
Taking and defending depositions
Managing written discovery and document-heavy disputes
Working directly with clients, opposing counsel and internal litigation teams
Supporting trial preparation, hearings, mediations and complex case strategy
Compensation
Up to $275,000, depending on experience, plus bonus eligibility and full benefits.

Must-Haves
Active Washington Bar admission
2+ years of litigation experience preferred
Strong commercial litigation, complex civil litigation, business litigation or defense-side litigation background
Excellent writing, research and analytical skills
Strong academics preferred
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Defense-side mindset and interest in sophisticated commercial disputes
