Commercial Real Estate Finance Attorney – Denver, CO | Hybrid

Looking for a role where your finance experience is valued and your hours are manageable? A premier Denver Commercial Real Estate & Business Law Firm is growing and seeking an experienced attorney who can hit the ground running. This is not a junior-level position.
What You'll Do:
Draft and negotiate term, construction, revolving, and permanent loans
Work across multifamily, retail, industrial, and office projects
Independently manage sophisticated matters while delivering exceptional client service
What You Bring:
4–8+ years of commercial real estate experience, with meaningful finance experience
Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills
A plus: agency financing, CMBS loans, affordable housing, purchase agreements, or joint venture experience

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $250,000 annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. xhmxlyz
