Job OverviewA law firm seeks an attorney with 4+ years of experience to join and support its commercial lending practice in Omaha, NE. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions alongside a collaborative, nationally recognized team.
Duties
Serve as lead counsel on commercial loan transactions.
Draft and negotiate loan documents.
Manage and mentor junior attorneys.
Conduct and oversee due diligence.
Coordinate and close complex transactions.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of relevant commercial lending experience.
Strong academic credentials.
Excellent writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership ability and comfort working directly with clients.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
Licensed to practice law in the state of Nebraska.
Skills
Experience with commercial and industrial lending preferred.
Team-oriented and client-focused.
Motivated to help grow the firm's commercial lending practice through relationship building and business development.
