Alston & Bird LLP is hiring an Attorney Hiring Manager to lead recruitment for entry-level, non-partner lateral attorneys, and senior policy advisors in Washington, DC and Chicago. The role requires strategic planning, vendor relationships, and oversight of campus engagement and the summer program.
The candidate should have 6+ years in attorney recruitment, 3+ years of management experience, and excellent communication. Travel to meet law schools and firms is expected.
