Key Duties:
Represent insurers in coverage disputes and bad faith litigation, drafting declaratory judgment actions and defending against policyholder claims.
Perform in-depth legal analysis of insurance contracts and regulatory compliance to support aggressive defense tactics in complex disputes.
Prepare and present at trials, arbitrations, and mediations, focusing on toxic tort, environmental liability, and professional malpractice defenses.
Develop litigation budgets and timelines for senior-level insurance defense files, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
