Responsibilities
Lead Complex Commercial Litigation Matters - Manage a broad portfolio of complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, business torts, and fraud claims
Develop Case Strategy and Drive Outcomes - Formulate and execute litigation strategies, overseeing all phases of disputes including pleadings, discovery, motions, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations
Courtroom Advocacy and Dispute Resolution - Lead appearances in state and federal courts, arbitration, and mediation, handling hearings, depositions, and trials with confidence and strategic insight.
Client Advisory and Relationship Management - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing clear, commercially focused guidance on risk, exposure, and dispute resolution strategies while building long-term client relationships.
