The Role
Complex Real Estate Litigation: Work alongside seasoned Real Estate Litigation Partners on high-profile property disputes and commercial litigation matters across New York City.
Case Strategy & Motion Practice: Assist with litigation strategy, drafting motions, discovery, and pleadings while ensuring compliance with New York court procedures.
Courtroom & Client Exposure: Support trial preparation, depositions, negotiations, and client communications on sophisticated real estate disputes.
