What You Will Do

As a member of our Mass Torts team, you will:
Handle complex, high-stakes litigation
Work in a collegial and client-focused environment
Design long-term strategies to protect client interests
Partner with industry, medical, and technical experts
What Matters Most
Successful candidates will possess:
1-3 years of experience handling mass tort and/or toxic tort cases in New York.
Experience conducting fact and expert witness depositions.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Strong organizational and case management abilities.
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Admission to the New Jersey and New York bars.
Judicial clerkship experience is preferred. xzgxqkn
Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and business need
