Job description
An established litigation practice is seeking an Appellate Attorney with at least 4 years of direct appellate experience for its Midtown Manhattan office. The position offers a hybrid schedule of three days in-office and two days remote, with Mondays in-office.

The Role
Draft appellants’ and respondents’ briefs
Compile records or appendices on appeal when representing the appellant
Appear for oral argument
Assist with summary judgment and post-trial motions
Provide litigation strategy and support during trials
What You Bring
J.D. from an accredited law school
New York Bar admission at the time of interview and good standing
Minimum 4 years of direct appellate experience
Strong appellate brief-writing and oral advocacy skills
Experience compiling records or appendices on appeal
Ability to meet a 1,650 annual billable-hour requirement
