Title: Personal Injury Pre-Suit Attorney
Salary:
$90,000 - 120,000 annually, depending on experience + Bonus DOE
Location: Boynton Beach, Florida

We are seeking a team-oriented Associate Attorney who is passionate about helping injured individuals and is excited to manage a high-volume caseload of 100% pre-suit cases. Responsibilities:
Handle case management from inception to completion, finding ethical solutions to legal matters, and staying
Informed about any current legislation and case law
Provide legal support/guidance to clients while building trustworthy client relationships
Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers
Cover PIP recorded statements and PIP Examinations Under Oath
Market firm services in the community and as otherwise required
Requirements:
A JD degree and Florida bar, with no disciplinary or malpractice history
2+ years of legal experience
A genuine interest in the personal injury field
A self-starter driven by long-term career goals
Superior oral and written advocacy skills
Bonus Experience:
Personal injury experience
Bilingual
