*Position No. 1: JD CA Bar. Minimum 6+ yrs. of solid experience with* *Construction Defect cases at Insurance Defense firms. *

*Position No. 2*: *JD CA Bar, 5 yrs. of solid experience with Personal Injury, Construction Defect cases at Insurance Defense firms. *

* Must be an active member in good standing with the California Bar
* Must have solid academic credentials
* Courtroom, deposition, and mediation experience preferred
* Experience contributing to trial prep and strategy
* Ability to manage a caseload independently and effectively - should be capable of handling cases of moderate exposure and/or complexity with minimum supervision
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Must be a self-starter who thrives both independently and in a team atmosphere
* Technically savvy, knowledgeable of current software and document management programs used in litigation. Draft pleadings, discovery, and legal memoranda.
* Experience conducting or assisting with depositions and hearings
* Experience communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and claims professionals
*Requirements*: Bachelor’s degree required. Law school degree required, _and membership in good standing of the CA State Bar._
