Successful candidates will have:
At least five years of employment litigation experience.
Strong adversarial negotiation and litigation skills.
Experience with wage-and-hour, PAGA, FEHA, ADA, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, or similar employment matters.
The ability to thrive in a structured, technology-enabled, fully remote practice environment.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary: $140,000–$300,000+
Performance-based bonus structure with uncapped earning potential.
