Attorney (Private Equity Debt Finance)The Attorney, Private Equity Debt Finance, advises clients on legal matters involving private equity and debt finance. This role combines legal counsel, research, writing, client communication, and case management.Duties:Provide legal counsel and communicate with clients about their matters.Conduct statutory legal research and prepare clear, accurate legal writing.Manage legal cases and related documentation.Support litigation matters, including court depositions.Your impact: Careful research and case management help clients make informed decisions and keep legal matters organized.
Qualifications:
