Professional Liability Associate | New York, NY (Hybrid) | $180K
Join a highly regarded Mid-Atlantic/New York litigation firm with a strong professional liability practice defending lawyers, accountants, architects and other professionals nationwide.

Day-to-Day
Defend attorneys, accountants, architects and engineers in malpractice and disciplinary proceedings
Draft pleadings, expert affidavits and dispositive motions in New York state and federal courts
Take and defend depositions of plaintiffs, insured professionals and expert witnesses
Argue discovery, substantive and Daubert/Frye motions in court
First- or second-chair trials and evidentiary hearings in high-exposure professional liability matters
