Insurance Defense Attorney - Remote
I'm working with a highly respected law firm that is expanding its litigation practice and looking to add experienced Attorneys .
This is a strong opportunity for an experienced defense attorney who wants sophisticated litigation work, meaningful client exposure, and the flexibility of a 100% remote environment .

Key Responsibilities
* Manage insurance defense cases from inception through resolution.
* Handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and pretrial proceedings.
* Conduct legal research and develop defense strategies.
* Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and other parties.
* Evaluate liability, damages, and settlement opportunities.
Qualifications
* 1+ years of litigation experience preferred.
* Experience in insurance defense or civil litigation.
* Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and case management skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 - $260,000 . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
