Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney | Fairfax, Richmond, Roanoke or Virginia Beach, VA (Hybrid) | $115,000 to $225,000+
The expert certification has to be in hand before they can ask for service. A national defense firm wants to pay for that instinct, and I’m the recruiter helping them find it.

Senior attorneys with 8 to 15 years sit around $140,000 to $200,000. Partner level hires go to $225,000 and beyond, with origination and bonus part of that conversation.
