About the Role
A reputable plaintiff-side personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Litigation Attorney to handle complex medical negligence, personal injury, and wrongful death cases.
Key Responsibilities
Manage medical malpractice cases from intake through trial.
Conduct and defend depositions, including expert witness depositions.
Develop litigation strategies and prepare cases for trial.
Meet court deadlines and manage case documentation.
Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel.
Qualifications
Active Arizona law license.
7–10 years of medical malpractice litigation experience.
Strong deposition, litigation, and trial preparation skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with high ethical standards.
