A premier trusts and estates practice is expanding and seeking two to three attorneys to join its growing group. The firm is open to candidates ranging from new graduates to experienced practitioners , with flexibility around hybrid or remote schedules for exceptional hires following an initial in‑office onboarding period.

Who They Are Looking For
LL.M. required (Taxation or Trusts & Estates)
Strong academic performance is essential
Open to both new graduates and attorneys currently practicing in T&E
Member In Good Standing of the Florida Bar
Work Arrangement
Initial onboarding in‑office (Vero Beach area)
Hybrid schedules available
Fully remote for exceptional candidates

Competitive compensation
Annual billable expectation: 1,800 hours
Bonus structure tied to hours with a discretionary component
