Job description
We Are Legal Revolution is working discreetly with a highly regarded Am Law 100 full service firm with a nationally recognized platform seeking a mid to senior level Public Finance Real Estate Associate or Senior Associate to join its Washington DC office.
This practice offers direct access to sophisticated tax exempt bond and tax incentive transactions, with substantive responsibility on high value public finance matters from day one. You will work closely with experienced partners in a collaborative, training focused environment that supports long term advancement on a national and international platform.

The Role
Advise on public finance matters involving tax exempt bond issuances and complex tax incentive transactions
Serve as bond counsel, issuer counsel, or company counsel on significant financings and development projects
Draft and negotiate transaction documents and related opinions for bonds for title and PILOT structures
Collaborate with commercial real estate, tax, and energy focused colleagues on integrated, cross practice matters
Maintain direct client contact while working closely with partners who provide guidance and visibility
Ideal Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a mid to senior level Public Finance Real Estate Associate or Senior Associate with:
At least 3 years of experience focused on public finance transactions
Hands on experience with tax exempt bond issuances and tax incentive structures including bonds for title and PILOT
Experience acting as bond counsel, issuer counsel, or company counsel on relevant transactions
Excellent academic credentials from a law school ranked in the top 50
Admission to and good standing with the District of Columbia bar and comfort working in office five days per week
