$175K Base for New Jersey Workers’ Compensation Defense
Duties and Responsibilities:
Defend New Jersey workers’ compensation claims for employers and carriers.
Handle hearings, motions, and conferences before the Division of Workers’ Compensation.
Coordinate IMEs, medical records, and settlement negotiations.
Advise on compensability, exposure, and return-to-work.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
JD and active New Jersey bar.
3–7 years post-bar workers’ compensation defense — current Associate, Counsel, or Partner.
Hearing or settlement experience in NJ workers’ comp.
