We are innovating value-based care and leveraging integrated applications, population insights and staffing expertise to ensure all patients have access to high-quality, connected care services that provide better outcomes at a reduced total cost of care.Please Note: We will only contact candidates regarding your applications from one of the following domains: @summithealth.com, @citymd.net, @villagemd.com, @villagemedical.com, @westmedgroup.com, @starlingphysicians.com, or @bmctotalcare.com.Job DescriptionSchedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays from 830a - 5p.Essential Job functionsComplete Audiological Evaluation/Adult and PediatricImmittance TestingVNGVEMP, ECOG, BAERTinnitus management (i.e. Neuromonics, SoundCure)Earmolds (noise and water protection)Hearing aid Dispensing (to include BAHA)/Adult and PediatricVerification of hearing aid benefitFM and ALD DispensingGeneral Job functions:Assessment of hearing and balance across the lifespanCounseling of patients and families/care givers regarding hearing loss and implications of hearing lossProvide appropriate recommendations with regards to management of hearing loss in applicable environments (i.e. school, home, nursing home, etc.)Evaluation, fitting and dispensing of hearing aids across the lifespanManagement of tinnitus patientsCoordination of care with other professionalsEducation, Certification, Computer and Training Requirements: - Master’s Degree in Audiology, Doctorate Degree preferred, CFY considered. Must have CCC-A.Travel – Travel to other locations as needed by the department.Please note this position is part time - The range for the role will vary based on years of experience and will fall between - $58, 320 - $72,900 based on a 24-hour work week.The range below is for our Full-Time roles based on a 40 hour work week, since this position is Part- Time - please refer to the above range.Pay Range: $97,200.00 - $121,500.00 AnnualThe provided compensation range is based on industry standards and salary determinations will be made based on numerous factors including but not limited to years of experience and location of position.About Our CommitmentTotal Rewards at VillageMDOur team members are essential to our mission to reshape healthcare through the power of connection.
