Audiologist – New Territory Expansion
Established Private Practice | Growth & Partnership Opportunities
Join an established, patient-centered Audiology practice that is expanding into a new territory and opening multiple new locations. With a strong foundation built over decades of high-quality care, our clinic is seeking motivated Audiologists who are excited to help grow services in an emerging market while delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

We are seeking driven, compassionate Audiologists to join our growing team. This is primarily an adult-focused practice. New graduates are welcome to apply, and experienced clinicians are especially encouraged.

About the Opportunity
This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a developing market while enjoying professional autonomy and strong organizational support. You will work closely with a dedicated team to provide comprehensive hearing healthcare to adult patients in a community-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
Perform comprehensive adult hearing evaluations
Conduct tympanometry and diagnostic testing
Provide patient education and communication counseling
Take earmold impressions
Fit, program, and adjust hearing aids
Utilize Real Ear Measurement (REM) best practices
Manage follow-up care and long-term patient relationships
Communicate with referring providers
Maintain clear and thorough documentation
Participate in community outreach and education events

Deliver individualized, compassionate patient care
Communicate clearly and professionally
Develop and explain treatment plans with confidence and empathy
Advocate for appropriate technology and solutions
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Adhere to HIPAA standards and company policies
Represent the practice positively in the community

Requirements
Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.)
Active dispensing license or eligibility for licensure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in private practice preferred, but not required
Organized, adaptable, and solutions-focused
