Job description
Adecco Medical & Science is seeking an experienced Audiologist for a contract-to-hire opportunity supporting Atrius Health and Reliant locations throughout Massachusetts.
nLocation: Auburndale, Massachusetts
nEmployment Type: Temporary / Contract-to-Hire
nPay Rate: $ 50.66/hour
nSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
nTravel: Yes - between locations based on business needs; no travel to multiple locations within the same shift
nPrimary Responsibilities
nnnConduct comprehensive hearing evaluations, including audiograms, for pediatric and adult patients.
n
nnPerform diagnostic testing such as VNG (Video Nystagmography) and vHIT (Video Head Impulse Testing) to identify hearing loss, balance disorders, and tinnitus.
n
nnDevelop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
n
nnRecommend appropriate amplification and assistive listening devices.
n
nnProvide tinnitus counseling and review communication strategies with patients.
n
nnSelect and fit custom hearing protection devices, including musician, swim, and sleep plugs.
n
nnObtain comprehensive patient histories through interviews and review of medical records.
n
nnPrepare detailed reports documenting patient evaluations, treatment recommendations, and care provided.
n
nnCollaborate with healthcare providers and interdisciplinary teams as appropriate.

n nSchedule & Locations
nnnMonday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
n
nnWork schedule may be 4 or 5 days per week , depending on location and business needs.
n
nnWorcester Medical: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
n
nnWellesley, Dedham & Kenmore: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
n
nnMay be required to travel between Atrius Health and Reliant locations based on operational needs.
n
nnTravel will not require working at more than one location during the same shift.
n
nnNo home-based patient visits.
n
n nRequired Qualifications
nnnDoctor of Audiology (AuD) or Master's degree in Audiology
n
nnCertified or certification-eligible for the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
n
nnActive Massachusetts Audiology License
n
nnExperience providing diagnostic and clinical audiology services to pediatric and adult populations preferred.
n
n nPay Details: $50.66 per hour
